Boston, MA — February 03, 2009 — This Sunday, February 8 at 2pm Thalas, the O Campaign for Cancer Prevention, and Harvard Business School students introduce, Become the Cure (BTC), a pitch for a collaborative conference in culminating in a globally televised show that will bring the world together, educate, inspire, and catalyze the power of the human soul. BTC is designed to help people and societies heal physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually while catalyzing them to action in becoming "heroes" of their own lives.

In the second of its seven phase developmental model, BTC is setting up for a three day event that culminates with an evening show to a packed Los Angeles stadium, involving several celebrities, scientists, authors, leaders, artists, groups, organizations, companies, and many from the Harvard community. BTC's hope is to broadcast live to millions of viewers around the world. Several television networks in North America, Europe, and Asia are already getting involved.

The program will not only raise awareness for its main beneficiary (the O Campaign Foundation which you might have seen on the backs of a few million Dorito Bags), BTC will also educate the public about several other non-profits, causes and socially conscious organizations.

Who's involved so far?

BTC boasts one of the world's most powerful networks and it continues to grow as we near the event. The first press release on this show will likely hit the newswire on April 1, 2009 so until then, BTC will be operating in relative stealth mode. BTC thanks advisor Keith Krach for his inspirational guidance and direction.

Not only is Mr. Krach BTC's highly qualified lead advisor, other BTC advisors are successful entrepreneurs, lawyers, entertainers, and scientists. In addition, BTC's production team includes an experienced network of teams and connections with individuals ranging from CBS, Fox, ABC, CNBC, Bloomberg, and a director for Project Runway, Thalas Entertainment Group, Thalas Consulting, iThalas, the O Campaign Foundation, and several Universities around the world.

BTC's purpose is to gather support and organize a group that will take a lead on organizing the event. This could be a great opportunity to combine fun, giving back and future career interests.

On February 8th, the speakers at Harvard Business School include Thalas Founder Joseph Chung, regarded by inner circles as one of the most successful socially conscious entrepreneurs in Silicon Valley, and Dr. Eric Ding, a Soros Fellow who holds a dual doctorate from Harvard and is co-founder, and co-chair of the O Campaign Foundation. Both Joseph and Eric met as classmates at The Johns Hopkins University.
