San Francisco, CA — January 14, 2009 — Thalas Entertainment Group (TEG) Presented to Thalas Board of Directors and Executive Team This outlines the phase one direction for TEG and provides specifications for bringing Rebecca Johnson on board. TEG fosters community. Art provides an outlet for expression. In these difficult economic and financially deprived times, TEG is renewing its faith in the human condition and offering people an opportunity to reconnect with those around them through art, culture, and all fathomable forms of entertainment. TEG is fueled by the idea that entertainment and art allow our society to connect, unite, and flourish in a direction that is prosperous for all. TEG is accordingly managed in a way that allows all participants, at varying levels of involvement, to express and develop their ideas based on what is best for the company and simultaneously best for all of the projects we are involved in. TEG is a united force bringing todays consumers everything they need to be happily entertained. Our boundless range of possibilities varies from creating, managing, and producing a fast paced reality TV show to providing opportunities for local artists to show their work at special events. TEG is based in San Francisco and Toronto and as a Thalas ontogeny TEG has resources across the US to guide the production, marketing, design, and completion of all projects TEG embarks upon and dedicates itself to. To Happiness and Love and Success: Thalas Entertainment Group is committed to the ideology that Thalas has created in the acronym "To Happiness and Love and Success." Thalas Entertainment Group realizes these goals constantly by implementing all Thalas principles to its team of staff members, its customers, and of course, the all other Thalas Ontogenies. While providing sources of entertainment to its customer base, TEG is also providing an outlet for happiness and love to its team members and community of artists because they are doing what they are passionate about in an environment without limits, with constant encouragement, and guided by the promotion of positive energy. As the directing manager of this company Rebecca Johnson will relay this message directly to the Thalas Board of Directors who continue to express happiness with TEG's development. The success of this Ontogeny is based on the idea that there is a growing and increasingly overlooked market for entertainment without frivolity in today's struggling economy. By working closely with artists, musicians, aspiring actors, designers, and independent film makers who are passionate about their crafts, TEG is allowing its consumer base to live through art. The reality TV shows, short films, fashion shows, and gallery events that are produced by the TEG team are directly supporting the artists who put their hearts into the projects they want to share. This is a clear opportunity for Thalas Entertainment Group to profit from helping the community. The revenue earned from all entertainment productions is put back into the TEG team to continue to offer opportunities perpetuating the cycle of love and prosperity. TEG in the Marketplace The 75 million Generation Y-ers have a collective $1 Trillion to spend according to the US Census Bureau. As a target audience, the people born after 1982 comprise a huge market that may not be as heavily affected by the economy as older generations although they do feel the impact of the current situation. Statistics tell us that these Y-ers enjoy authentic and original ideas in ad campaigns and in start up companies and they are the target audience of much of todays entertainment industry. By comprising our staff of these Y-ers as well as targeting them as TEG's initial demographic, TEG has an intelligible competitive edge on more traditional organizations. The community TEG creates will not only aid in the creation and presentation of new innovative art and entertainment, it will also allow this group of artists to be positively involved in the community aspect of projects, and will develop intellectual capital and guidance. TEG will then distribute the entertainment to the masses, providing the artists with exposure and experience and TEG will acquire a percentage of sales. TEG management and Thalas are then able to mold a sustainable financial base for the time and energy invested into developing opportunities they present to the entertainment community. Company Structure: The Management structure begins with Rebecca Johnson, as the managing director of Thalas Entertainment Group. Opportunities will be given to a team of dedicated people passionate about arts and entertainment. The team consists of: > A marketing student/ intern > A crew of independent film makers (directors, producers, actors, cinematographers etc.) who can execute all tv/ video/ and commercial opportunities that are offered to TEG including the pending project Five Life > A team of event coordinators to produce entertaining and prosperous nightlife events that include fashion shows, gallery hangings, and musical performances > A business student/ intern to oversee the successful undertakings of the company > Within the TEG structure Ms. Johnson can expect a strong team paired with the constant support of the pre-existing consulting, PR, graphic and web design from other Thalas Ontogenies. This structural outline for the company will attract a community of artists, entertainers, musicians etc. who will trust and believe in the TEG mentality and who will create art to be a comprehensive aspect of the events and productions we create. Capital: The majority of the start up capital comes in the form of information, love, and passion derived from the artistic community and the idea that art unifies a flailing society and leads us in a direction that will be financially prosperous as well as intellectually progressive to the collective consciousness of existing people who all deserve the opportunity to succeed if they invest their time and energy properly. While this community ideology will fuel the beginning stages of TEG, necessary financial obligations will be met by the umbrella organization, Thalas.
