Jon Miller brings a great deal of experience to the Thalas team. His focus is on helping Thalas develop all Ontogenies in a way that is consistent with our values while being strategically sound in structure and development. He is regarded as a high level strategist with micro level understanding of everyday processes.
Previously, Jon was Vice President of Information Technology and Team Lead at Wells Fargo for Bank Wholesale Technology Document Management Strategy. Jon led the migration of Reilly Mortgage technology to the Wells Fargo environment and was a member of the Reilly Management Committee and Reilly's Strategic Planning process.
Jon has held senior positions with Booz Allen & Hamilton, one of the world's top consulting firms and held several Top Secret posts in and out of the Washington DC area. He also served as VP of Greenhorne & O'Mara, Inc., worked with US Army Logistics and DARCOM, and has also started several businesses including a Record Label, FoxHaven Records.
