Example: Big Picture, Long Term Development.
Board Members issue a strong warning to the CEO, who then places tremendous pressure on the sales managers, who in turn place pressure on their sales representatives, who pass it down to the paper pushers and new talent hired by the firm. Soon enough there is a crisis facing the bottom line and an unhappy workforce. Neither of which are helping the company answer to shareholders. The only way to break loose of this cycle is to focus on long term development, commit to years of work ahead, and to gain a big picture understanding of what's going on. Company RIP must maintain individual satisfaction, team congruence & efficiency, a strong management structure, adhere to their mission & vision, and keep a fresh view of the business landscape... not easy, but entirely achievable. |
