The Thalas Sailboat
O' stars gazed brightly into this night we sought,
Waves rose boldly for her wind we caught.
With sales puffed fully, we held our rudder tight,
Dreams reasoned firmly, our vessel into flight.

Thalas is built upon the understanding that passion and reason work to carry us toward success.
Khalil Gibran wrote in The Prophet that passion and reason are like a sail and rudder. Without a sail there would be no movement and without the rudder, movement would be in chaos. Hence, our logo, the Thalas Sailboat.
In 2010, the above poem, titled "Thalas," was commissioned to reflect the meaning of this symbolism.
